Domestic Shipping
Shipping within the United States of America is supported via UPS Ground. Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on UPS estimates for weight, dimensions, distance, and handling. In the event that current UPS estimates are unavailable, shipping is determined by using a flat rate fee of $5.99 per item.
International Shipping
Shipping outside of the U.S. is not currently supported at this time.
Returns
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We may choose to offer returns on an individual basis at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed and will incur additional shipping fees for the customer.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please email corporate@soappantry.com with the word "Return" in the subject line and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
