Returns & Exchanges

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. We may choose to offer returns on an individual basis at our sole discretion, but this is not guaranteed and will incur additional shipping fees for the customer.

A return must be requested within 7 days of receipt of that item. The item to be returned must be unopened and in new condition. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return any items. After we have received the returned item, allow 30 days to inspect the return and process the refund. Wholesale items are ineligible for returns; all wholesale sales are final.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within [e.g., 48 hours] of delivery. Please email corporate@soappantry.com with the word "Return" in the subject line and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
